Great performance for John Schneiderbanger at the IPSC Canadian National Championship

The 2017 IPSC Canadian National Championship has come to a close and was a great match and a personal best for me!  It was a great Championship match which provided plenty of challenges to all competitors. I enjoyed shooting with a great group of guys in my squad. Congratulations to all of them for their success in this National match.
The XMetal Squad was there in force with 7 squad members who all did a fantastic job shooting and representing XMetal Targets. I finished 10th Overall in Standard Division and was 2nd Senior. I exceeded my goal in this National Championship! Many thanks to XMetal Targets for the support!!
It was great to meet the other XMetal Squad members and I look forward to seeing those who will be at Summer Slam XI in Dalhousie, New Brunswick in August.

Fantastic Sunday match for John Schneiderbanger!

“What a fantastic Sunday match we had! There was a lot of fast shooting in this 10 Stage match in 36C weather.

The guns were hot, the shooters were hot and so was the XMetal Squad! I managed a strong 4th overall finished in Standard Division.

This was an excellent warm-up match for the 2017 IPSC Canadian National Championship taking place in Calgary 17-24 July.”

John Schneiderbanger at the Wolverine Supplies Law Enforcement Days

“Wolverine Supplies Law Enforcement Days with XMetal Targets in support supplying steel targets and remanufactured ammunition with Hi-Tek Supercoat bullets. This event was a perfect opportunity to demonstrate both the XMetal Targets remanufactured ammunition as a viable training ammunition for the Police Services and the steel targets as training equipment. There was plenty of equipment such as Vortex and Leupold scopes, EOTech holographic sights, Barrett / Accuracy International / Daniel Defence firearms, suppressors, spotting scopes and much more. XMetal targets were setup on the range to shoot at all throughout the event and the magazines were kept full with XMetal’s remanufactured ammunition. It was a pleasure to represent XMetal Targets at this event with the company’s President, Etienne Coté”.

Quebec’s Steel Challenge Provincial Championship in Trois-Rivières was a success

On August 1st and 2nd, the XMetal Targets team was at the first Steel Challenge Provincial Championship in the beautiful region of Trois-Rivières Quebec as a major sponsor of the event. The event was a great success and the shooters were pleased by the courses and the action that only a Steel Challenge event can create. The event organised by the Fédération Québécoise de Tir, was also the first event that XMetal Targets was participating and showing to the shooters our line-up of Steel Targets. We’ve been anticipating this event for a few months and we were more than ready to present our line-up.

We had modest expectations, but we were blown away by the support that we received throughout the weekend. For us, this is the crowning of a creation process where we designed and tested hundreds of ideas and targets to reach our idea of what a steel target should be; simple, easy to use and tough. We want to thank the Fédération Québécoise de tir for their support and to have invited us to the event as a sponsor.

In the next few weeks, we will participate to the Summer Slam IX in Dalhousie New Brunswick the 8th and 9th of August as a major sponsor and we will have a shooting bay where shooters will be invited to test our steel targets. Later, from August 18th to 22nd, we will be at the 2015 IPSC Canadian Nationals in the Toronto area. We hope to have the chance of meeting some of you in one of these events.
